Can I exchange for a different item, style or colour?Updated a year ago

You're welcome to exchange your item for store credit to shop for a new item, simply follow the steps below...

1. Enter your order number then select the item you want to exchange
2. Select the reason for exchange and choose the 'shop now with return credit' option
3. You can use your store credit with our 'Shop Now' option where you'll receive an additional $15 complimentary credit, or you can save your credit for another time with our 'Get Credit' option. 
4. Review your return and submit
5. Ship your items back to us using the free label we provide via email

*Your items must be returned in their original condition with the tags attached and still be in an unused and saleable condition within 30 days of your delivery date. 

Please note that if the item you're looking to exchange is out of stock, we recommend opting for our 'Get Credit' option so you can use this once we restock. So you don't miss out, you can go to the specific product on the website, choose your size, and hit "go on the waitlist". As soon as they are restocked we will send you an email and you will be first to be notified.
