That's no problem, you're welcome to swap sizes through our returns portal. It's super simple, just follow the steps below...
To start your return:
1. Visit our Returns & Exchanges Portal to begin your AU return.
2. Select the reason for your return.
3. Choose Exchange for a new item via our Shop Now site
4. Review your return details and submit your request.
You’ll receive your shipping label via email—please print it or use the QR code to send your item(s) back to us.
Exchanges depend on stock availability and are only processed once your return is in transit.
Important:
If your item is out of stock, please follow the steps to our Shop Now site to choose a new item or select a refund to store credit. You can then use this store credit to purchase the same item once it’s back in stock.
Items must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached and in saleable condition. Please be careful when trying on items for the first time as we will not accept returns of any product that has deodorant, makeup, tan stains, or any marks at all; such items will be reshipped back to you.
Items must be shipped back with the provided returns label within 15 days of your request. Returns sent after this period will be cancelled.
Each order must be returned separately. It is not possible to combine multiple orders in one parcel. Please submit a return for each order and use the corresponding shipping labels.
All returns must be processed through our portal. We cannot accept or be responsible for returns sent without using the portal or without valid tracking information.
Please double-check your return parcel before sending. Missing items may incur additional charges. Muscle Republic is not liable for incorrect or incomplete returns.
