How long until my order is dispatched?Updated a year ago

Orders received prior to 2 pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day.

During peak sales such as a new collection launch, sitewide sales (inc Black Friday) and other promotional periods will take between 1-7 business days to be processed and dispatched.

Delivery times and schedules do vary depending on the delivery zones and destination. Delivery time frames are set by Australia Post/DHL and exclude our processing times and customs processing times if applicable.
