Orders placed before 1:30 pm AEDT, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched on the same business day.

Orders placed after 1:30 pm AEDT on Friday, or at any time on weekends or public holidays, will be dispatched on the next business day.

During peak periods, including new collection launches, sitewide sales (such as EOFY and Black Friday) and other promotional events, please allow 1–7 business days for processing and dispatch.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes will vary depending on your location and delivery zone. Delivery estimates are provided by Australia Post, DHL eCommerce or DHL Express and exclude order processing times and any applicable customs delays.
