Due to the popularity of our ranges, we cannot guarantee that we will have the requested size in stock to exchange once your return arrives. 

So we recommend selecting the Instant Exchange option if you would like to secure the item right away as the order will be placed immediately. 

This helps you get your items faster and guarantees that your items are in stock! 

To place an instant exchange, we will put a temporary hold on your card for A$1.00 until we receive your unwanted items (kind of like booking a hotel). 

You’ll only be charged for the amount covered by your returned items if your return isn’t in the mail within 14 days of submitting.
