The main difference between the two styles is the fabric feel. The Motion has a peached hand feel while Luxe has a silky butter soft hand feel. 

The shaping at the back waistband are slightly different - Luxe has a V shape back waist band and Motion is more straight.

The inseam on the legs are slightly different. Motion has an inseam of 6 inches (15.2cm) which remains the same across all the sizes, while Luxe has an inseam of 15cm (size S) and grades 1cm extra side per size.
