What do I do after receiving my refund or exchange from Refundid?
Once you’ve received your instant refund or exchange through Refundid, the process is complete, but you must still return your items. If you haven’t already, send your returned items back to Muscle Republic using your returns label. Items must be shi

When signing up to Refundid, you’re prompted to provide your BSB and account number. Refundid pays you instantly into this bank account.
Is there a limit to how much I can refund on a single return?

What items are excluded from Instant Refunds or Exchanges?
Refundid is not available for any non-refundable items, including final sale items, gift cards, hygiene products and free gifts with purchase. Please check Muscle Republic's returns policy here for which items are non-refundable. Refundid is also not
When can I expect to get my refund?
Refunds through Refundid are paid out instantly, typically received in your bank account within 60 seconds after the return is lodged. If the refund is not received within this timeframe, contact Refundid support via [email protected]
Are purchases made with Afterpay and ShopPay eligible with Refundid?
Yes, items purchased with buy now pay later services (like Afterpay) are still eligible for a Refundid refund. Note, the refund will not affect any outstanding payments owed to the buy now pay later provider.
