Your items can be returned for a store credit or exchange within 30 days from the delivery date.
If you are requesting a refund this must be lodged within 15 days of the delivery date. Refund requests will have a $7.00 shipping fee deducted from the refund of the total return.
If the item was purchased during a sitewide sale period it sadly can't be returned for a refund and you can only select from a store credit or exchange. For health & hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns for underwear, socks, hair accessories and drink bottles.
*Sitewide sales include manually slashing prices, this policy does not apply during Flash Sales or for orders made using a one-time discount code e.g Welcome10 code
Please note that Outlet items are final sale and no returns or exchanges are accepted (unless faulty).
