Return Policy
- Items can be returned for store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
- Once your return request is lodged, items must be shipped back within 15 days, or the request will expire.
- Items must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached and in saleable condition. Please be careful when trying on items for the first time as we will not accept returns of any product that has deodorant, makeup, tan stains, or any marks at all; such items will be reshipped back to you.
- Items purchased during sitewide sales are not eligible for refunds; only store credit or exchanges are allowed.
- No returns on underwear, socks, hair accessories, or drink bottles due to health and hygiene reasons.
- Final Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
- We aim to process returns within 5 business days of receiving your items. We will send you an email with the details of your processed return.
Refunds - A $7.00 handling fee will be deducted from all refunds to original payment methods.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.
Store Credit - No handling fee applies when opting for store credit.
- Store credit is valid for 3 years.
Exchanges - Exchanges depend on stock availability and are only processed once your return is in transit.
- Stock cannot be held or guaranteed during the exchange process.
Return Labels - All returns must be processed through our Returns & Exchanges Portal with a valid tracking number.
- Each return requires a separate shipping label; combining multiple returns in one parcel is not permitted.
Important Information - It is not possible to return two different orders in one parcel. If you need to return multiple orders, please register each return separately and use different shipping labels and parcels.
- All returns must be processed via our return portal. We cannot be held liable for returns sent outside this process.
- We require sufficient shipping evidence, such as a valid tracking number, to process your return.
- Muscle Republic is not liable for incorrect items sent in returns. If items are missing from your return, charges will apply.
