We cannot accept returns with makeup, deodorant, fake tan, or any marks.- Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to you. <div>Unfortunately, an additional discount code, bundle or promotion can&apos;t be used when processing a return in our return portal.</div><div> </div><div>We do offer a Shop Something New credit, however, you are unable to add any further discounts on top of this offer.</div><div> </div><div>If you select the &apos;Get Credit&apos; option in your return, you can then place a new order via our website and apply the discount code you have, however, you will not receive the shop now credit.</div>

Can I add a discount code in the returns portal?

Unfortunately, we&#x2019;re unable to change the payment method once an order has been completed.&#xA0;All refunds must be issued back to the original payment method used at checkout, and we&#x2019;re unable to process manual refunds via bank transfer.
