RETURNS POLICY

Returns & Exchanges

Our Returns Portal makes it easy to lodge a return or exchange and choose how you’d like it processed. All you need is your order number and email address.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in a saleable condition.

  • Please take care when trying items on. We cannot accept returns with makeup, deodorant, fake tan, or any marks.

  • Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to you.


Instant Refunds & Exchanges

Returns are processed via Refundid, allowing customers to choose an instant refund or exchange after submitting their return.

  • A short verification process is required to confirm identity and payment details.

  • Approved refunds are paid instantly to your bank account, or exchanges are dispatched immediately.

  • Returned items must be sent back within 14 days of submitting your return, otherwise your return will be cancelled and your refund will be reverted or the exchanged item(s) will be charged in full.

  • Instant refunds and exchanges are not available for any non-refundable items (see list below) or orders made with a gift card.


Refund Options

Standard Refund (Original Payment Method)

  • A $7.00 return handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Store Credit

  • No handling fee applies.

  • Issued via digital gift card and valid for 3 years.

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.


Standard Exchanges

  • Exchanges are dispatched once your return is in transit back to our warehouse.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Items cannot be held or guaranteed.

  • If your selected exchange item is out of stock, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.


Return Labels

  • All returns must be lodged through our Returns & Exchanges Portal and include a valid tracking number.

  • If you are returning multiple orders, you may combine shipping labels in the portal, provided the parcels have not yet been shipped.


Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged for a refund or store credit, unless deemed faulty:

  • Underwear, socks, hair accessories, and drink bottles (for health and hygiene reasons)

  • Free gifts with purchase

  • All Final Sale items


Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty item, please submit a faulty return request via the Returns & Exchanges Portal.

  • A clear photo of the fault must be uploaded as part of the warranty claim.

  • Once assessed, we will arrange a replacement where possible.

  • If the item is sold out, a store credit will be issued.

  • If your faulty claim is not approved, we will contact you with further details.

Warranty periods vary by item and apply from the date of purchase.

Sitewide Sale Returns Policy

  • Items purchased during a sitewide sale are eligible for store credit or exchange only — refunds are not available.

  • Returns must be lodged within 30 days of delivery using our free return label.

  • Final Sale items that receive additional discounts during a sitewide sale cannot be returned for a refund or store credit unless faulty.

Additional Sale Conditions

  • If you purchase multiple sizes of the same item, duplicate items are still only eligible for store credit or exchange.

  • Due to high order volumes, we cannot guarantee exchange availability. We strongly recommend selecting the instant exchange option to secure your item.

  • If your exchange is processed after the sale has ended, the replacement item will be charged at full price.

  • If the exchange item differs in price, a store credit will be issued for the correct amount.
