How do I lodge my return?Updated 11 days ago

You can return your items within 30 days if they meet our return requirements outlined in our Returns Policy here.

To start your return:

1. Visit our Returns & Exchanges Portal here
2. Select the reason for your return.
3. Choose your preferred outcome:
 - Instant Refund or Refund to your original payment method (fees may apply and Excluding Sitewide Sale items)

- Store Credit
- Instant Exchange - opt for an instant exchange where your exchange is created instantly - Standard Exchange - depend on stock availability and are only processed once your return is in transit.

4. Review your return details and submit your request.

You’ll receive your shipping label via email—please print it or use the QR code to send your item(s) back to us.

Important:

Items must be shipped back with the provided returns label within 14 days of your request. Instant Returns sent after this period will be cancelled and the refund reverse back to your account.

All returns must be processed through our portal. We cannot accept or be responsible for returns sent without using the portal or without valid tracking information.

Please double-check your return parcel before sending. Missing items may incur additional charges. Muscle Republic is not liable for incorrect or incomplete returns.

*If you are an international customer, your order is eligible for a refund or store credit only. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges for international orders.
