How do I lodge my return?Updated a day ago

You can return your items within 30 days from purchase date, provided they meet our return requirements outlined in our Returns Policy here.

To start your return:
1. Visit our Returns & Exchanges Portal here
2. Select the reason for your return.
3. Choose your preferred outcome:

- Instant Refund (AU only) – receive your approved refund instantly via Refundid.
- Standard Refund – refund to your original payment method, less the $7.00 return handling fee. - - Standard Refunds are not available for Sitewide Sale items.
- Store Credit– issued via digital gift card and valid for 3 years.
- Instant Exchange (AU only) – your exchange is created instantly once approved.
- Standard Exchange (AU only) – dependent on stock availability and processed once your return is in transit back to our warehouse.

4. Review your return details and submit your request.

You’ll receive your shipping label via email. Please print the label or use the QR code to send your item(s) back to us.

Important:

Items must be shipped back using the provided return label within 14 days of submitting your return request. If an Instant Refund or Instant Exchange is not shipped within this timeframe, the return will be cancelled and the refund may be reversed or the exchanged item(s) charged in full.

All returns must be processed through our Returns & Exchanges Portal. We cannot accept responsibility for returns sent without using the portal or without valid tracking information.

Please double-check your return parcel before sending it. Muscle Republic is not liable for incorrect or incomplete returns, and charges may apply for missing items.
