1. Locate our Returns Portal via your account here
2. Click orders, select the order you want to return and then Start an AU Return 3. Select the item you were supposed to receive 4. Select the 'I received the wrong item' 5. Click 'Exchange Item' and choose the size of the item you were supposed to receive 6. Review your return and submit 7. Ship it back to us using the free label sent to you via email
