If you receive an item or size that is different to what you ordered, you will need to follow the steps below so we can get the correct item sent to you...
1. Start your AU Return here
2. Select the item you were supposed to receive
3. Select the 'I received the wrong item'
4. Click 'Exchange Item' and choose the size or item you were supposed to receive
5. Review your return and submit
6. Ship it back to us using the free label sent to you via email
