Can I return my Sale/ Outlet item?Updated a year ago
If your item was purchased during a sitewide sale period it sadly can't be returned for a refund, you can only opt for store credit.
1. Log in using your order number and email address
2. Select the item you'd like to return
3. Click the reason
4. Download the returns label and post your item back
5. Refunds and Store Credit will be issued once your item has been received at our warehouse in Sydney, Australia
You're welcome to track your return with the tracking number listed on your returns label. Once we receive your order, our returns team will process this within 1-2 working days.
Please note Outlet items are final sale and no returns or exchanges are accepted (unless faulty).

*Sitewide sales include manually slashes prices, this policy does not apply during Flash Sales or for orders made using a one time discount code e.g Welcome10 code
*Please note that if you have paid duties as part of your order, these were paid to your local government and not to Muscle Republic. This unfortunately means we are unable to refund any duties charges if a return is made. Instead, you can apply to your local government to have these reimbursed.
