EU & EFTA Right of Withdrawal

If your order was delivered to an EU Member State or EFTA country, you may have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.=

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must submit your request through our EU Withdrawal Portal within 14 calendar days of delivery. Once your request has been received, we will provide instructions for returning your item(s).

Where applicable, a refund will be issued for the returned item(s) and the original outbound shipping cost paid at the time of purchase. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.
