I received a faulty item, what should I do?
We're so sorry to hear you received a faulty item!. If you've received a Faulty Item, you can submit a claim for a Refund, Store Credit, or Exchange through our Returns & Exchanges Portal here. Once your claim and supporting photo have been submitted

Can I return a Final Sale item?
Please note FINAL SALE items are final sale and no returns or exchanges are accepted (unless faulty).
Can I return my gift card?
Unfortunately, Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded for cash.
Can I update my card details after I’ve requested a refund?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to change the payment method once an order has been completed. All refunds must be issued back to the original payment method used at checkout, and we’re unable to process manual refunds via bank transfer.
