How do I lodge my return?Updated a year ago
1. Log in using your order number and email address
2. Select the item you'd like to return
3. Click the reason
4. Download the returns label and post your item back
5. Refunds and Store Credit will be issued once your item has been received at our warehouse in Sydney, Australia
You're welcome to track your return with the tracking number listed on your returns label. Once we receive your order, please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.
*Please note that if you have paid duties as part of your order, these were paid to your local government and not to Muscle Republic. This unfortunately means we are unable to refund any duties charges if a return is made. Instead, you can apply to your local government to have these reimbursed.
