1. Log in using your order number and email address
2. Select the item you'd like to return
3. Click the reason
4. Download the returns label and post your item back
5. Refunds and Store Credit will be issued once your item has been received at our warehouse in Sydney, Australia
Your refund, exchange or store credit will be issued once your item arrives at our warehouse in Sydney, Australia, and has been processed. You can track your return using the tracking number on your return label. Refunds usually take 5 business days to appear once processed.
If you paid duties on your order, these were paid to your local government and not to Muscle Republic, so we're unable to refund them.
