Unfortunately, an additional discount code, bundle or promotion can't be used when processing a return in our return portal.
We do offer a Shop Something New credit, however, you are unable to add any further discounts on top of this offer.
If you select the 'Get Credit' option in your return, you can then place a new order via our website and apply the discount code you have, however, you will not receive the shop now credit.
