Can I return my items in person at the warehouse?

Our Click & Collect service at Brookvale will be unavailable until further notice - thanks for your understanding!. Alternatively, please use our easy AU return portal here.

Can I return my Final Sale Items?

Please note FINAL SALE items are final sale and no returns or exchanges are accepted (unless faulty).

Can I update my card details after I’ve requested a refund?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to change the payment method once an order has been completed. All refunds must be issued back to the original payment method used at checkout, and we’re unable to process manual refunds via bank transfer.
