Why can't I add a discount code in the returns portal with my Shop Now credit??Updated 5 months ago

I can't add a discount code when making a Return/ Exchange... 

A discount code can't be used when processing a return in our returns portal. 

We do offer a 'Shop Now' option with complimentary credit to shop instantly for a new item. However, you are unable to add any further discounts or bundles on top of this. 

If you would like to use a discount with your store credit, please select 'Get Credit' on the returns portal. Once you receive your credit, you can then place a new order via our website and apply the discount code along with your store credit, please note you will not receive the bonus Shop Now credit with this option.

Why is it charging me full price for a bundle in the returns portal?

Bundles can't be applied during an exchange and the items will be charged at their full price. 

If you would like to purchase this bundle, you will need to select 'Get Credit' in the returns portal. Once you receive your credit, you can then use this credit to shop the bundle on our website. 

* Only one discount code can be used per order. A discount code and a rewards code can't be used in the same order.
